ノートＰＣの充電が終わらない

11-ハードウェアトラブル

症状：ノートの充電がいつまで経っても終了せず、バッテリーも保たないという症状でした。
状況的にバッテリーの交換が必要と考え、交換品が届くまで、安全のためにバッテリーは取り外し、ＡＣアダプタをつないだままで使って頂くことになりました。
