症状：伝送ソフトで通信ができないとのお話。
確認したところ、ネットワーク設定、ソフト設定は間違っていなかったので、回線状況をＮＴＴへ問合せたところ、料金未払いで電話が止まっていたことがわかりました。
何はともあれ、料金の支払いをお願いしました。
