パソコンがまったく起動しない

症状：パソコンが起動しないとのことでお伺いしました。

内部を拝見したところ、マザーボードの基板の損傷が確認されました。
取り急ぎ、業務が停滞してしまうということで
社内より代替え機を準備、対応しました。
